(B)Rainstorming
Inspired by the TEM microscopic image of early gamma-precipitations in the superalloy Waspaloy (Patrick Majerus, Master thesis, 1999). Background of the picture was painted wet-in-wet by liquefied acrylics to suggest the landscape in the stormy sunset. On the dry layer happy people are dancing.. Through the imaginable window we see them playing together and having fun, in spite of lightning around them. The gamma-precipitations were then drawn as drops of the rain on the window.
